If set, the function will return the payment if it is still pending after this number of seconds. If unset, the function will return immediately after initiating the payment.

SparkAddress

Can only be provided for Bitcoin payments. If set, a Spark HTLC transfer will be created. The receiver will need to provide the preimage to claim it.
